EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
If your item(s) is damaged or defective, you can return it back for an exchange to email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions below. To initiate a return for exchange, please attach your order details, receipt, and a short description of the issue with photos (if applicable) to firstname.lastname@example.org Once the return is approved, we will print a new shirt and deliver it to you as soon as possible.
In case there still are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information and subject to approval, we will refund your order, minus a 10% administration fee.
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept returns for sizing/color issues as we are a print to order business and every order is specially made for your order. In addition to this, size charts have been provided for each of our items and are clearly stated. Please consider this before you place your order with us.
Otherwise, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have.
Returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered packaging together with original documentation. Please note that shipping and handling charges for returned items shall be under the your responsibility.
Please do not ship before contacting us. If you ship before contacting us, you may not be eligible for an exchange. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be liable if items are lost in the mail. Lost items in mail will not be exchanged or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, Amend Apparel will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed to print a new t-shirt and deliver it to you as soon as possible. In case, the reprint also has issues and subject to our discretion and approval, we will then decide if a refund is warranted. If your refund is approved, your refund amount will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the credit to reach your account.
If you think there may be a delay or a missing refund, please check your bank account again. After that, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, you should contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
